WHERE?
- Yiewsley Pool, Otterfield Rd, Middlesex. Here's a

WHAT?
- Coached session, building fitness & endurance over the winter/spring,
before more focus on speed leading into the triathlon season (May to
Sept).
COST?
-£4 per session, or pay £30
in advance for 10 swims, and save £1 per session (these can be used at
any time)
EXTRA SWIM SESSIONS:
Leon Harris is running triathlon swim
sessions at Eton College Indoor Pool on THURSDAY NIGHTS @ 8:15pm. Only
£3 to Hillingdon members, all abilities welcome. |
SUNDAY ROAD RIDE
WHEN? -

8:15am to (approx.) 12:00pm (and beyond....)
(Subject to summer races).
WHERE?
- Meet at the 'Nursery', which is on the Oxford Road (A40), approx. 200m
north of Junction 1 of the M40 (Denham Roundabout).

Road ride - you MUST wear a cycle
helmet...! Winter will be long/steady rides, with a move to shorter &
faster pace during the race season.

ALL standards, as you will be organised into small groups.
Minet Park is a purpose built, traffic free,
cycle circuit making it a perfect training venue. |

are also members of Hillingdon AC, with whom the club
is closely linked. |
Many Hillingdon members find that
the easiest way to train is to race! Fortunately, the club organises a
wide range of events.

HILLINGDON TRIATHLON SERIES *
-A series of 3 triathlon events based at
Harefield during May & June over distances of 600m lake swim, 6km run &
25km bike. Suitable for all standards and at very reasonable cost.
* MINET
PARK DUATHLONS * - A
series of Monday night run-bike-run duathlons held at this traffic free
& purpose built cycle circuit. The 2mile / 10mile / 1mile distances are
perfect to improve your speed.
* CYCLE
TIME TRIALS * - The
club takes part in around 15 cycle time trials (10 miles or 25 miles)
during the summer. A fantastic way to improve your cycling, plus all are
FREE TO ENTER to Hillingdon Triathletes. |

WHERE? - Hillingdon AC are
based in Bury Street, Ruislip where the club has it's own clubhouse with
licensed bar & changing/shower facilities. |

WHAT? - The athletics club
race in a ride range of events all year round, including the various
regional/national relay events, plus the ever popular Metropolitan
cross-country league which runs from October to February. They have a
comprehensive website with
full details of their training & racing. |

COST? - After the annual
membership of the athletics club, most of the club events are free to
members, including all league & championship cross-country events, road
relays and inter-club events. |
