Thanks to Dave for organising - event was  'lucky dip' teams, with first person running 1 lap, then tagging for team-mate to cycle 5 laps, tag again, and first runner cycles 5 laps, tag again and then the first cyclist then runs one lap...great training session!

First runner (for Run 1) is listed first. (i.e. Richard Nash did 'Run 1' and 'Bike 2', Dave Knight did 'Bike 1' and 'Run 2' etc). Well done to Ian Leslie for doing the whole lot on his own!
